Surgical Care Affiliates partnered with Dublin (Ohio) Surgery Center, effective May 1, 2016.

1. Through the partnership, SCA made its first equity investment in Columbus, Ohio, and partnered with 14 physicians.
2. DSC offers podiatry, urology, pain management, proctology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, gynecology and gastroenterology.
3. During the first quarter of 2016, SCA's net operating revenue reached $279.7 million, up 19.5 percent from the first period the year prior.
4. As of May 3, 2016, SCA operated 198 surgical facilities.
