Private Equity Group Purchases, Plans Renovations for Pinnacle Surgery Center Property in Arizona
Second City Capital Partners of Vancouver has purchased Thunderbird Commons in Peoria, Ariz., a lot that includes Pinnacle Surgery Center, according to a Phoenix Business Journal report.
Second City, a private equity group, plans to invest in significant property investments and rename the property Thunderbird Wellness Centre. Current tenants include Pinnacle Surgery Center, Valley Anesthesiology, Canyon Orthopedic Surgeons and Desert Sky Pharmacy.
The seller was Thunderbird Commons Holdings I LLC in Kansas.
