Physicians Endoscopy Acquires Five Surgery Centers in 2012
Physicians Endoscopy has completed five add-on acquisitions in 2012, according to a company release.
The five surgery centers acquired in 2012 are:
• Endoscopy Center at Robinswood in Hagerstown, Md. (June 2012)
• Digestive Disease Endoscopy Center in Bloomington, Ill. (July 2012)
• Elgin Gastroenterology Endoscopy Center in Elgin, Ill. (August 2012)
• DHA Endoscopy Center in Winchester, Mass. (August 2012)
• Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy in North Bergen, N.J. (September 2012)
