Minneola, Fla.-based PMRG opened Henderson Medical Plaza, which is a part of Union Village, a 170-acre community in Henderson, Nev., according to Commercial Property Executive.

1. Henderson Medical Plaza is 85,000 square feet.
2. It houses a surgery center and medical office building.
3. Henderson Medical Plaza will primarily offer outpatient care and internal medicine and primary care.
4. The plaza sits next to Henderson Hospital, which opened its doors in October 2016.
5. Union Village has a $1.2 billion value and includes healthcare services in addition to housing, entertainment and retail.
