Meridian Surgical Partners Acquires Missouri Surgery Center
Meridian Surgical Partners has announced it has acquired a majority interest of City Place Surgery Center in Creve Coeur, Mo.
The AAAHC-accredited, single-specialty ASC opened in 2000 and provides procedures in orthopedics. It is located within a 13,200-square-foot medical office building.
"We are extremely excited about this new partnership and the growth opportunities it presents," said David F. "Buddy" Bacon Jr., CEO for Meridian Surgical Partners, in a news release. "City Place Surgery Center is a well-operated facility that provides quality, patient-focused and cost-effective outpatient care.
