Medical Facilities Corporation announced a cash pay dividend of Cdn$0.09375 per common share will be payable on Dec. 15.
This will be the company's 128th consecutive dividend payment.
MFC owns controlling interests in five specialty surgical hospitals and an ambulatory surgery center.
