The Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board delayed its vote on the Beloit Health System plan to add a surgery center to its NorthPointe Health and Wellness Campus in Roscoe, Ill., according to an rrstar.com report.

Beloit officials requested that vote be delayed until the board's April 22 meeting.
