Edward-Elmhurst (Ill.) Health opened a $3.1 million health center dedicated to gastroenterology, internal medicine and family medicine, MySuburbanLife reports.

Here's what you should know:

1. The center is 13,000 feet.

2. It has 10 exam rooms, a procedure room, an endoscopy suite and four preoperative and postoperative recovery rooms.

3. Juan Perez, MD, Dorothy Prusek, MD, Jacqueline Ross, MD, and Mais Trabolsi, MD, will serve as the clinic's primary providers.

4. The center won't offer endoscopy services until late October. The clinic is adding gastroenterologists Elizabeth Sack Barczynski, MD, Christopher Boutin, MD, Michael Greenspan, MD, and Patrick Lynch, MD, at that time.
