Impact of high level of competition from other ASCs and surgical hospitals

•    Very low: 0 percent
•    Low: 13 percent
•    Medium: 27 percent
•    High: 53 percent
•    Very high: 7 percent

Impact of location in a market where hospitals are actively employing surgeons

•    Very low: 0 percent
•    Low: 13 percent
•    Medium: 27 percent
•    High: 40 percent
•    Very high: 20 percent
