GE Capital gives $72M to Landmark Healthcare Facilities — 5 things to know

GE Capital's Healthcare Financial Services provided Landmark Healthcare Facilities with a first mortgage payment of $72 million, according to the Lessors Network.

Here are five things to know:

1. The 210,000-square-foot facility will be built in Jacksonville, Fla.

2. The complex will consist of an outpatient care center in addition to medical offices.

3. University of Florida Health, an academic medical center, and University of Florida's physician practice group will provide the outpatient and specialty services.

4. Mark Eisenmann, CFO of Landmark, claimed GE Capital is a reliable financial source that provides in-depth understanding of the unique nature of medical office buildings.

5. The facility will give convenient care options for residents while also providing jobs.
