An unspecified buyer purchased Riverview, Fla.-based Bay Area Physicians Surgery Center for $7.2 million, The Real Deal reports.

1. The 18,703-square-foot property is occupied by Bay Area Physicians Surgery Center and Riverview-based Florida Urology Partners.

2. The buyer acquired the property as part of a real estate investment trust.

3. Real estate investment company Marcus & Millichap represented the seller in the sale.
