Cincinnati's TriHealth Purchases Two Surgery Centers

TriHealth, based in Cincinnati, has purchased Evendale Medical Center, as well as two surgery centers and an imaging center, according to a Business Courier report.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The property, formerly known as the Surgery Center of Evendale, will be renamed TriHealth Evendale Hospital. The 83,000-square-foot building houses specialties including orthopedics, otolaryngology, podiatry, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, gynecology, pain management, ophthalmology and general surgery.

About 13,000 procedures are performed each year, resulting in 600 inpatient stays.

Westside Regional Medical Center will be renamed the TriHealth Evendale West Surgery Center. The building consists of four operating rooms and two procedure rooms and performs about 4,500 outpatient surgeries every year.
