Gardendale (Ala.) Surgical Center has become a part of Birmingham, Ala.-based Brookwood Medical Center's network, according to a Birmingham Business Journal report.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, according to the report. Gardendale Surgical Center has been open since 2010.
