Beebe Healthcare opens a temporary walk-in care facility in Delaware — 5 notes

Beebe Healthcare opened a temporary walk-in  care location on the weekends to accommodate the people living and working in Lewes, Del., according to Cape Gazette.

Here are five notes:

1. The location is located in the same building as the office of Beebe Medical group physicians Bobby Gulab, MD, Kathryn Grinnen, DO, and Bhaskar Palekar, MD.

2. The temporary facility will close once Beebe Healthcare opens its permanent walk-in-care location in Rehoboth Beach in late summer or early fall.

3. The new walk-in-care facility is Beebe Healthcare's fourth, year-round Beebe Walk-In Care facility.

4. Physicians are able to access patients' medical records who visited other Beebe locations through the electronic medical record system.

5. The walk-in-care locations treats illnesses including upper respiratory infections, bronchitis, laryngitis, strep throat or sore throat, cold flu, sinus infection, allergies, cough among a variety of others.
