Banner Health has sold a three-building outpatient medical building portfolio in Arizona for $32 million, according to a Feb. 15 report from REBusiness Online.
The three facilities, located in Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek, total 80,315 square feet. The buildings are each around 10 years old, according to the report.
Banner Health, which fully occupies all three facilities, sold the properties to Stockdale Capital Partners.
