ASCOA Acquires Interest in Ohio Surgery Center
Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America has announced it has acquired an interest in Dublin (Ohio) Surgery Center, a 14,416 square-foot multi-specialty ASC.
The ASC has 20 physician partners provides services in general surgery, gynecology, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry and urology.
"ASCOA is proud to be part of Dublin Surgery Center," said Jeff Péo, vice president of acquisitions and development for ASCOA, according to a news release. "It is a beautiful facility with state-of-the-art equipment, and top-notch surgeons, who are focused on delivering the best possible care to their patients. In these times where everyone is tightening budgets and watching expenses, the surgery center is a low cost provider for surgical services."
