The four companies are:

•    Chameleon Design Solutions, a provider of contract engineering and product development services to the medical device industry.
•    Esterline Souriau PA&E, an integrated manufacturing company specializing in technically demanding ceramic and metal components.
•    Litron, a provider of custom laser systems, contract manufacturing and full assembly services.
•    Valtronic, a niche "mechatronics" manufacturing solutions company.

Each company has assigned representatives to the group.
