Patient tests negative for Ebola in Colorado

After exhibiting signs of Ebola, a patient at Loveland's Medical Center of the Rockies in Colorado tested negative this morning, according to the Denver Post.

"While the patient is considered to be at low risk of infection with the Ebola virus, the patient is in an isolated and secure area away from other patients, staff and visitors during the evaluation process," the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment said in a release. "Medical Center of the Rockies is taking all possible precautions to ensure the safety of other patients, visitors and staff."

In January, another Ebola scare in Colorado turned out to be negative for the virus, as well.
