DuPont Sustainable Solutions has joined the National Patient Safety Foundation's Patient Safety Coalition.
Here are five highlights:
1. DuPont Sustainable strives to increase safety and efficiency in a multitude of industries.
2. The company hopes to aid NPSF in ridding the healthcare industry of behaviors that harm patient safety.
3. The NPSF Patient Safety Coalition focuses on patient safety challenges, professional associations and advocacy organizations.
4. The coalition hosts networking events, webinars, a member meeting and special projects.
5. The NPSF was created in 1997.
"You cannot deliver excellence in patient safety without caregivers who consistently practice safe behaviors in the workplace," said Mark Wagner, regional president, United States and Canada, DuPont Sustainable Solutions.
