USPI Adds Memorial Hermann CEO to Board of Directors
Surgery center operator United Surgical Partners International has announced the addition of Dan Wolterman, president and CEO of Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in Houston, to its board of directors, according to a Sun Herald report.
A partnership between Memorial Herman and USPI was formed 10 years ago. Commenting on Mr. Wolterman's appointment to the board, chairman Don Steen said, "We have built our company by partnering with some of the best healthcare systems in the country. We are fortunate and delighted to have the president and CEO of one of the most prestigious healthcare systems in the nation join our board."
