Director of Surgical Services at Bucci Eye Surgery Center Loretta Amico will be honored with the Red Cross Adult Good Samaritan Award, according to a Times Leader report.
Ms. Amico administered CPR to a man who passed out while attending services at Lady of Eucharist Church last year. She also used a defibrillator to revive him before an ambulance arrived.
Bucci Eye Surgery Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., treats patients with vision disorders.
