She brings to her company more than 15 years of experience in senior contracting positions with major commercial payors, including Blue Cross of California, Blue Shield of California and Aetna.
Her insight to managed care contracting has been published in journals such as Specialty Capitation and The Emergency Medical Services Insider Journal.
Ms. Charkin has a master's degree in public health administration from the University of San Francisco and is a trustee at Natividad Medical Center in central California.
