ASC Leader to Know: Paul G. Faraclas of CTQ Solutions
Paul G. Faraclas is president and CEO of CTQ Solutions. Since 2003, CTQ has provided healthcare providers with solutions to optimize patient feedback. CTQ offers integrated patient satisfaction surveying, physician satisfaction surveying and employee satisfaction surveying, along with benchmarking and quality improvement solutions that promote better care and service. Mr. Faraclas has been instrumental to CTQ's significant growth. The company announced record growth in 2011, adding hundred of new clients.
"It is rewarding to observe how quickly our service has positively impacted these organizations. EdgeSurvey acts as an enabler or conduit to improvement. However, all credit of achieving excellence is entirely tied to our clients' efforts," Mr. Faraclas said in a news release. "As they make great use of our service to improve effectiveness and care, it quite simply pushes us to want to give them more. CTQ is fortunate to have what we consider to be the best client census in healthcare."
Mr. Faraclas has nearly three decades of healthcare and consulting experience. Prior to joining CTQ, he was vice president of ISH in Fairfield, N.J., for four years, where he helped grow the practice into the nation's largest acute care consulting firm. He also has experience as national director of sales for professional services for USInternetworking and also spent time in managed care.
