Ralph J. Riccardi Jr., is president and CEO of SourceMedical, the largest provider of outpatient information solutions and revenue cycle management services. He previously served as the president and chief operating office of the company's therapy division and was a senior vice president of the channel partner program for WebMD.
Mr. Riccardi's experience includes being responsible for sales and management of more than 650 IT vendor relationships, representing more than $150 million in recurring revenue. He also spent time as the president and CEO of Omega Health System and oversaw the establishment of the hospital division of NDCHealth.
Mr. Riccardi holds a master's of business administration from Mississippi State University and a bachelor's degree in economics from Chapman University. He spent 21 years in the United States Air Force Medical Services where he held the position of director of contracting policy and operations for the Office of the Surgeon General.
He is also board certified by the American College of Healthcare Executives.
