Christopher Holden is the CEO, president and director of AmSurg, one of the largest ambulatory surgery center management and development companies. AmSurg is currently partnered with 243 surgery centers. Mr. Holden has served as the company's CEO, president and director since 2007, when he joined AmSurg. In the second quarter of 2013, AmSurg reported $269.3 million in revenue, a 17 percent increase from the same period last year. The company also gained an additional five centers in the second quarter under a letter of intent.
