Jim Linder serves as acting CEO and executive chairman of ASC software company and Surgical Information Systems subsidiary AmkaiSolutions.
He has been the SIS nonexecutive chairman for more than three years. Mr. Linder has more than 40 years of experience in computer software technology.
In addition to his roles with SIS and AmkaiSolutions, Mr. Linder is an operating partner of middle market investment firm Norwest Equity Partners.
Mr. Linder began his career with IBM and has experience serving in various executive roles with companies such as Attachmate and Networks Group at Memorex Telex Corporation.
