5 Recent ASC Industry Leadership Moves

Here are five leaders in the ambulatory surgery center industry that recently stepped into new roles.

Elodia Flores has served as vice president of operations at Outpatient HealthCare Strategies for more than a year. Prior to her current role, Ms. Flores served as administrator of Medical Complex Surgical Center.

Heidi Kruger recently stepped into the role of director of operations at Arizona Pain Treatment Centers/Modern ASC. Previously, she served as a physician consultant for Laser Spine Institute.

Denise Latimer-Wright became the administrator of Harborside Surgery Center in National Harbor, Md., less than a year ago. Her prior experience includes serving as facility and supply chain manager at MedStar Surgery Center.

Jim Pavletich, MHA, CAE, became the general manager of ambulatory operations for AAAHC a little more than a year ago. He also serves as the vice president and COO of AAAHC.

Naser Rustom, MD, will lead the new Primary Comprehensive Care ACO. Dr. Rustom also recently earned certificate of need approval for a surgery center in Orland Park, Ill.
