Surgical Care Affiliates is seeking a director of revenue cycle integration.
The Director of Revenue Cycle Operations is responsible for the leadership and management of the Business Support Coordinator (BSC) team along with implementing and measuring performance improvement initiatives across 145 ambulatory surgery centers. They will focus on enhancing business operations at each of our centers through analysis, training, and implementing revenue cycle “best practices”. They will be responsible for creating a standard communication and implementation approach for our partnerships. They will provide daily management of the BSC team and coordinate field facing activities and communication. The Director of Revenue Cycle can be located anywhere in the continental United States, but will be required to travel approximately 50-70% of the time.
The minimum requirements and preferences are as follows:
- 4-Year Degree
- 5 years of healthcare administration or consulting experience
- Experience managing large teams and implementation activities
- ASC Experience (Preferred)
- MBA (Preferred)
Skills and abilities:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to supervise/manage teams
- Ability to implement and manage change
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to summarize data for executive review and company distribution
- Strong understanding of technical systems and healthcare process flows
