Job Opening: Senior ASC Analyst

I. JOB SUMMARY:


The Senior ASC Analyst supports the Sales and Operations team. This position acts as a liaison between Operations and Sales, assisting with sales strategy and communication and taking ownership of the business services assessment process.



This position requires: an exemplary work ethic and a superior analytical mindset to convey expertise knowledge relative to internal technologies, processes, services and products both to customers and co-workers; and the ability to effectively represent the Company's products and services to customers and prospects.


II. JOB DUTIES:


A. Critical Functions:

  • Head the revenue cycle assessment process to effectively assess the overall performance of a potential client, working as a liaison between Operations, Technology, and Sales.
  • Work with the Sales organization to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics, metrics and action plans to successfully sell through industry experience and knowledge.
  • Ensure the Sales organization uses findings to develop proposals and presentations from the comprehensive assessment performed.
  • Analyze business processes and collaborate with Operations and Sales to identify opportunities to streamline processes, and measure results.


B. Additional Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports as requested.
  • Ability to travel (50%) and work remotely, as required.
  • Work on weekends, as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.


III. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


A. Qualifications:


1. Education: A Bachelors Degree in Business or a related field


2. Experience: Must have 3-5 years experience as an Administrator or Business Manager for an Ambulatory Service Center (ASC).


3. Condition of employment: Full-time

a. Proven ability to interact with clients, regulatory bodies, and all levels of management

b. Proven ability to communicate effectively industry knowledge and expertise.

c. Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

d. Advanced Microsoft Office computer operation skills.

e. Commitment to upholding and providing excellent service in a manner which is consistent with the organization.

f. Respects confidentiality of records.

g. Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability, and consummate team player.

h. Solid business acumen and ability to learn and provide insight into the entire business model.
