Nurse Manager
DHA Endoscopy, an endoscopy ASC in Stoneham, Mass., has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
Daily clinical staffing and efficient flow of patients through the Endoscopy experience.
Recruit, hire, train and assist in evaluating all clinical and administrative personnel.
Direct supervision of all staff in the center.
Compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
Monitoring all procedure area purchases, assisting with the preparation of annual budget in conjunction with the Administrator and Medical Director.
Organizing and managing all paperwork and studies necessary for continued certification and accreditation.
Qualifications:
Current MA RN license; BSN preferred.
Previous GI experience, preferably two years with current membership in S.G.N.A.
ACLS certified – if BLS certified, must be willing to become ACLS within 6 months of employment.
Prior experience with JCAHO or AAAHC accreditation a plus.
Proven leadership skills and strong focus on patient satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
