The ideal candidate will be self-driven, professional and able to effectively manage day-to-day surgery center clinical operations, while working collaboratively with world-renowned physicians, a dynamic Administrator, and the surgery center staff to maintain the center's mission, values, reputation for high standards of care, and excellence in physician, staff & patient satisfaction.

• This ambulatory surgery center has 4 ORs and 1 procedure room
• The team sees about 400-500 multi-specialty cases per month
• Excellent staff with very low turnover
• There are approximately 20 physician partners who, with the Vail Valley Medical Center, are committed to the ASC's continued success, value the Director of Clinical Services role, and who will give you the freedom & respect to get the job done!

Job Experience Requirements:

• Surgery Center efficiencies, scheduling, and staff management
• State & Federal Regulatory Compliance
• Ambulatory Surgery Center experience is required.
• RN Required (CO license or eligible)
• OR experience preferred but not required
