Job Description
Assists with the development of the organization, with regard to policies, practices and attainment of operational goals.
Guiding the strategic plan implementation and operations of assigned surgery centers, in addition to overseeing the start-up and operations preparation of assigned centers.
Responsible for ASC performance - legal, regulatory, clinical, materials management, financial and business office Directing and assisting with physician recruitment and retention, Maintaining physician and Board relations.
Personnel management, including employee supervision, recruitment and training, and employee performance improvement. Quality, risk , accreditation management
Bachelor's degree required. MBA, MHA preferred. ASC and management experience a must. Travel 80%.
Requirements
Working knowledge of business office functions in an ambulatory healthcare setting and computerized bookkeeping through financial statements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships based on trust and respect.
Experience with basic computer applications including word processing, internet and spreadsheet programs. Effective problem assessment and resolution skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive and energetic culture within the organization
Working knowledge of federal and state regulations specific to Ambulatory Surgery Centers and relevant healthcare issues.
