THEDA OAKS SURGERY CENTER a Pain Management and gastroenterology centre with volume of about 9,000 cases per year located in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to join our team as Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator.
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the nursing staff and the day to day operations of clinical services including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and coordinating patient care to assure safe practices.
The Director of Nursing collaborates with pre-operative, PACU and operating room nurses to achieve optimum patient outcomes, oversees purchasing of surgical supplies, controlled drugs and equipment, and coordinates staff development, orientation and staff discipline and performance evaluations. This person is also responsible for compliance to state and federal regulations, CMS and AAAHC.
The candidate should have thorough experience with AAAHC standards to continue policy and compliance.

Requirements
Position requires current RN license and management experience with five years gastroenterology experience and three years ASC experience preferred.
Candidate must be a flexible and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
