Ambulatory Surgical Centers of America is seeking high energy candidates with prior management experience for Administrator positions at multi-specialty surgery centers in Liverpool, N.Y. (Syracuse area) and Texarkana, Texas.

The Administrator is accountable for the overall administration and organization of the surgery center by planning and directing all functions and activities associated with business, financial, and clinical activities. These activities may include but are not limited to: accounts receivable, accounts payable, collections, general accounting, risk management, regulatory compliance, purchasing and inventory, telecommunications, business development, information systems, medical records, contract negotiations and personnel.

Full time position, Monday-Friday. Excellent benefit package. Compensation commensurate with experience. EOE.

Requirements
Ideal candidate is RN with Masters Degree in business or healthcare, and operating room experience. ASC management experience required.  

Position requires knowledge and experience with licensure, AAAHC accreditation, financial management, managed care negotiations and finance, including working knowledge of accounting software (Quick Books), and experience in third party payer negotiations.

Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure/deadlines are essential to success in this position. Candidate must be detail-oriented and have effective management/problem solving skills and professional and positive interpersonal skills.

Experience with AdvantX a plus.
