U.S. Senate to Vote on ICD-10 Delay, SGR Fix Today

The United States Senate is slated to vote on HR 4302, which would delay SGR payment cuts set to go into effect April 1 and ICD-10 implementation, according to a Health Leaders Media report.

The House passed the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 last week.

Several organizations, including the American Medical Association and American College of Surgeons, are calling for a permanent SGR fix, rather than the temporary patch proposed in the bill.
