President Donald Trump discussed the administration's health plan during the Governors' Dinner on Feb. 23, 2017, The Hill reports.

3. Republicans have been back and forth about a repeal's timeline. During a campaign rally in Melbourne, Fla., on Feb. 18, 2017, President Trump said legislators would submit a viable alternative plan "in a couple of weeks."
4. President Trump promised the plan would cost consumers less and will be "much better healthcare."
