Modernizing Medicine acquired Aesyntix Health, which provides solutions to help healthcare providers keep track of billing and inventory, according to a South Florida Business Journal report.
Modernizing Medicine is an electronic medical records company and will add 30 employees to its existing team of 220, Modernizing Medicine CEO Dan Cane told the South Florida Business Journal.
