Most practices must manually post patient payments in their systems to monitor remaining pay balances, but MedDirect's software will automatically record the transaction into the practice system, according to the release. By using MedDirect's system, practices need fewer staff members to manage patient pay and can thus direct staffing toward more vital areas.
