Pinnacle Orthopaedics Surgery Center-Austell (Ga.) has announced it has received accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
"We believe our patients deserve the best, and therefore we are committed to offering state of the art facilities," said Dr. Mark Duffield, medical director of POSCA, in a news release from the ambulatory surgery center. "When you see our certificate of accreditation, you will know that AAAHC, an independent, not-for-profit organization, has closely examined our facility and procedures. It means that we as an organization care enough about our patients to strive for the highest possible care."
POSCA, which was founded in Oct. 2010, is owned by physician members of Pinnacle Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Specialists.
