Rancho Mirage, Calif.-based Hope Square Surgical Center earned accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Here are three key points:
1. The center is equipped with five operating rooms.
2. Surgeons offer general surgery, foot, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, plastic surgery and OB/GYN services.
3. Between Jan. 1 and March 31, 2016, the AAAHC accredited 40 new organizations.
