Michon Villanueva, MHA, is the director of accreditation services for Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care. She has been with AAAHC for more than 17 years.
Ms. Villanueva earned her degree at National-Louis University in Chicago. She has contributed several articles on accreditation surveys and changes through the years.
