Lynn Dragisic is the executive vice president of support operations for The Joint Commission, where she provides day-to-day oversight and coordination of human resources, information technology and communications, among other responsibilities. She previously served as the organization's chief human resources officer.
Ms. Dragisic has been with The Joint Commission since 1995 and was responsible for planning, developing and implementing a comprehensive human resources program for the organization. She also helped develop the strategies, objectives and plans for the organization. She was responsible for creating the Joint Commission's Professional Development Center with online and classroom resources for continuous learning and development of Joint Commission staff.
Her previous experience includes positions with CNA Insurance Companies. She earned her degree at Loyola University in Chicago and has a Master's degree in industrial psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology.
