When booking hotel accommodations, please note that Becker's Healthcare has NOT contracted with any third-party housing service or bureau. All hotel room reservations for conference exhibitors should be made directly with the Swissotel Chicago or, in the case that the Swissotel is sold out, on your own directly through a hotel.
STEP 3: Attendee Representatives

STEP 4: Shipping and Handling
All exhibitors that are shipping boxes to the hotel must complete the SHIPPING & HANDLING FORM and email the completed form to email@example.com by October 2nd, 2017. Please send all exhibitor packages to:
STEP 5: Power & Audiovisual Order Form
All exhibitors that require power or additional AV at their booth must complete the POWER ORDER FORM and return via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by October 2nd, 2017. Please note - power is NOT included with the booth.
STEP 6: Certificate of Insurance
Please provide a certificate of insurance by October 2nd, which indemnifies ASC Communications against, and holds harmless from any complaints, suits or liabilities resulting from negligence of the exhibitor in connection with the exhibitor’s use of display space. Your company should be listed as the insured. The certificate holder should be listed as:

STEP 7: Lead Retrieval Option

STEP 8: Raffles
If your company is interested in hosting a cash or gift raffle during our Thursday or Friday evening networking receptions, please let us know by September 15th. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org with information on (1) the item you will be raffling and (2) your preferred raffle date (Thursday or Friday). If you choose to participate, the raffle for your item will be held at your booth location.

STEP 10: Booth Installation and Dismantle
Thursday, October 26th
11:00 am - 4:30 pm
Installation must be completed by 4:30 pm on Thursday prior to the Networking Reception beginning. Exhibits will be on display in the Zurich Ballroom, located on the 1st floor of the hotel's Event Centre.
Your booth will be furnished with one 6' x 30" table and two chairs. You may bring any additional signage so long as it fits within your designated booth space.

Friday, October 27th
6:40 pm - 8:30 pm
Exhibit booths may NOT dismantle before 6:40 pm on Friday evening. Any booths that dismantle before then will not be able to preference booth location at future conferences. Booths must be completely dismantled and ready to ship by 8:30 pm on Friday evening.
Please be sure that all boxes, cases and packages are ready to ship with a shipping label adhered and billing information confirmed before booth personnel leave the ballroom. Booth personnel are responsible for boxing, taping and labeling all of your outgoing packages with, either, a FedEx or UPS label. If you are using a freight carrier, please be sure to schedule your pick up. Becker's Healthcare is not responsible for any leftover boxes.
