Alexander Abess, MD, joined Waldo County General Hospital in Belfast, Maine, according to a report by The Republican Journal.
Dr. Abess is a board-certified anesthesiologist. He earned his medical degree at Medical University of South Caroline in Charleston and completed his residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H.
