1. Mr. Friguletto has more than 25 years of management and operational experience.
2. He most recently served as president of Healthtronics IT Solutions, a technology-enabled urology practice management and analytics company.
3. Before Healthtronics, he spent 24 years at GE where he served in a number of operational leadership roles.
4. USAP is a physician-services organization that is dedicated to providing anesthesia and pain management services.
