1. Dr. Boler specializes in anesthesia and pain management.
2. He earned his medical degree from Carbondale-based Southern Illinois University. He completed an internship at Lubbock-based Texas Tech University and his anesthesiology residency at St. Louis University.
3. Before joining Physicians Partners of America, he was Melbourne, Fla.-based Deuk Spine Institute's medical director.
4. Dr. Boler is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
