Irving, Texas-based NorthStar Anesthesia has acquired Huntington, W.Va.-based River Cities Anesthesia.
Here's what you need to know:
1. River Cities Anesthesia serves St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, W.Va., and Three Gables Surgery Center in Proctorville, Ohio.
2. River Cities Anesthesia has eight physicians and 24 certified registered nurse anesthetists on staff.
3. These 32 clinicians will be added to NorthStar Anesthesia's medical team.
