North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) announced today that two of its leading anesthesiologists, Stephen Winikoff, MD, and Kar-Mei Chan, MD, were selected as (201) Family Top Doctors in the anesthesiology category for 2016 – the fourth consecutive year they have received this recognition.
