Mednax acquired Minneapolis-based Northwest Anesthesia.
Here are four notes:
1. Northwest Anesthesia, a private physician group practice, is the first Minnesota-based practice to join Mednax.
2. The practice 128 clinicians — 37 anesthesiologists and 91 anesthetists.
3. Northwest Anesthesia provides services to seven facilities that are a part of Minneapolis-based Allina Health.
4. Mednax provides healthcare services through a network of more than 3,300 physicians.
