Goldfarb School's nurse anesthesia program gets accreditation

St. Louis-based Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College's nurse anesthesia program has been accredited by the International Federation of Nurse Anesthetists.

The school is the second in the country and the fourth in the world to be accredited by the IFNA, a member-based organization made up of 36 countries.

"To be among the first programs accredited speaks to the dedication of our entire faculty and anesthesia providers who comprise our team. We are student- — and patient- — centered in our approach to educating nurse anesthetists," says Bernadette Henrichs, PhD, CRNA, CCRN, Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College's nurse anesthesia program director and professor.
